A suggestion, a question, a bug you spotted or a partnership, whatever it is, write to me. The site is run by one person, so every message comes straight to me.
Telegram, the fastest way
If you need a quick answer, write on Telegram. I usually reply to simple questions within an hour or two, and to ones that need more detail within one business day.
For a more formal message, sending a document or a longer exchange, email is easier:
What people usually write about
Most messages fall into these topics:
- A bug, when a tool works wrong, a page won't open or the layout breaks. If you tell me which page it was and which device and browser you opened it in, I'll track the problem down faster.
- A new tool, about something you need that isn't on the site yet.
- Partnership, any proposal other than advertising.
- Privacy or cookies, a question about your own data.
- Copyright, if something on the site infringes your rights.
When you'll hear back
I run the site by myself, so let me be honest: on weekdays (Monday to Friday) I try to reply roughly between 09:00 and 21:00. On weekends and holidays a reply may take a little longer. Thanks in advance for your patience.
