What do the results mean?

How fast data comes to you from the internet. It affects video streaming, downloads and how quickly pages load. Higher is better.
Upload
How fast you send data to the internet. Important for uploading videos, sending files and video calls.
Ping (latency)
The time it takes a signal to reach the server and come back, in milliseconds. Lower is better and it is very noticeable in games and calls.
Jitter
The variation in ping. Low jitter means a stable connection; high jitter causes video to stutter.
How accurate is the test?
The result depends on your browser, device and Wi-Fi conditions. For accuracy, run the test a few times, stop other downloads and connect to the router with a cable when possible.
Is my data stored?
No. The test runs only in your browser and the results are not sent anywhere or saved. Measurement uses Cloudflare's public speed servers.
Why is my speed lower than my plan?
Distance from the Wi-Fi, an old router, many connected devices, a VPN or simultaneous downloads all reduce speed. A wired connection and being close to the router usually help.
What is Mbps?
Megabits per second (Mbps) is a unit of speed. Note that 1 byte equals 8 bits, so 80 Mbps is about 10 MB/s of download speed.
