1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your device (computer, phone, or tablet) through the browser. They are used so that the site can recognize you, remember your settings, and improve your experience.
Cookies do not steal your personal data (passwords, bank cards, etc.) and do not spread viruses.
2. What cookies does Oson Studio use?
Our site uses 3 types of cookies:
2.1. Necessary cookies (always active)
Required for the site to work correctly. Without them, some services do not work.
| Cookie name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
oson_theme | Selected theme (light/dark) | Persistent |
oson_lang | Selected language (Latin/Cyrillic) | Persistent |
Technically these are not cookies but data stored via localStorage — but from the user's perspective they work similarly.
2.2. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics)
To understand how the site is used. These cookies measure the number of users, which pages are popular, and the site's speed.
| Cookie name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
_ga | Distinguishing the user (anonymous) | 2 years |
_ga_* | Session state | 2 years |
_gid | Distinguishing the user (24 hours) | 24 hours |
Your IP address is anonymized (the last 3 digits are truncated). Learn more: Google Privacy Policy.
2.3. Advertising cookies (Google AdSense)
To display Google AdSense ads on the site's pages. These cookies are used to tailor ads to your interests, to ensure the same ad is not shown too often, and to measure ad performance.
| Cookie name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
__gads | AdSense ad identifier | 13 months |
__gpi | Ad personalization | 13 months |
IDE (DoubleClick) | Measuring ad performance | 13 months |

3. Third-party cookies
The following external services may set their own cookies on the site:
- Google Analytics — site usage statistics
- Google AdSense — displaying and managing ads
- Google DoubleClick — ad remeasurement
- YouTube (via the thumbnail service) — if you watch a video
4. How to manage cookies?
4.1. Through browser settings
To never accept cookies or to delete certain cookies, use your browser settings:
Note: if you delete all cookies, some services may not work correctly (for example, the selected theme will not be saved).
4.2. Through Google ad settings
To disable only personalized ads (ads will still appear overall, but they will be random):
https://adssettings.google.com
4.3. Opting out of Analytics
The official browser extension for opting out of Google Analytics measurement:
Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on
4.4. Incognito / Private mode
If you open the site in your browser's "Incognito" (private) mode, all cookies are automatically deleted after the session ends.
5. Cookie consent
If you visit from the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK), in accordance with GDPR/UK GDPR laws a separate cookie banner is shown on the site, and you can opt out of advertising/analytics cookies.
For visitors from Uzbekistan and other regions, using the site is considered consent to the use of cookies.
6. About localStorage
In addition to cookies, the site stores some data in your browser's localStorage (not a cookie, but similar). This includes:
- Your to-do list
- Money management records
- Saved seller details (in the Invoice service)
- API key for the AI tool
- Temporary email address
To delete them: browser settings → "Clear site data" → select osonstudio.uz.
7. Changes
We update the cookie policy from time to time. The update date is shown above.
