Terms of Use

These rules are a simple agreement between me and you. I've tried to write them more plainly so they don't feel like dry legal language. By using the site, you are taken to agree to what follows. If any part of it doesn't sit right with you, don't use the site, that's all.

1. What the site offers

Oson Studio is a set of free tools for everyday digital work and learning. Here you'll find interactive courses with a certificate, an IQ test, document tools (PDF, Latin-Cyrillic), typing practice and other helpers (QR, passwords, screen recording, whiteboard, money management). No registration needed.

2. What you may do

• Use the site freely and for free, for personal use or for your work.
• Use the documents you create (PDF, CSV) in your own work.
• Share a link to the site and recommend it to others.

3. What you may not do

The list is short, but it matters:

• Breaking the site, deliberately harming the server, code or network, DDoS, or automated requests (bots, scraping) meant to overload the site.
• Testing the security, hacking attempts or using weak spots without permission. If you find a vulnerability, tell me instead of abusing it and I'll be grateful.
• Infringing copyright, copying the site's content without permission, reselling it or passing it off as your own.
• Unlawful acts, using the site for activity that breaks the laws of Uzbekistan.
• Harming others, for example using a tool with the aim of hurting someone.

4. Warranty and liability

The site and its tools are provided «as is». That is, I try to make them as correct as possible, but I can't offer any firm guarantee. The calculators and tools (money management, for instance) are only there to help; they don't replace professional or legal advice.

Accordingly, I take no responsibility for:

• The site being temporarily down or slow.
• The outcome of decisions you make relying on the site's results.
• Data lost because of a technical fault or clearing your browser cache.
• How third-party services (Google, YouTube, mail.tm) work or their quality.

5. Who owns what

The site's design, logo, code and original content (texts, icons) belong to me. Copying, redistributing or using them commercially without permission is not allowed. The open-source libraries used on the site (jsPDF and others) remain under their own authors' licenses.

The documents you create on the site (PDF, CSV) are entirely yours. I don't see them, don't store them and don't hand them to anyone.

6. Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. If there's an important change, I'll announce it through the site or by email. If you keep using the site after an update, you are agreeing to the new terms.

7. Restricting access

You don't need to create an account on the site. But if you grossly break the rules above, I reserve the right to block your IP address from accessing the site.
