1. General Provisions

Before you begin using the services of Oson Studio (osonstudio.uz, hereinafter referred to as the "Site" or "We"), please read these Terms of Use carefully. By accessing the Site and using its services, you agree to all the provisions of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any of the terms, do not use the Site.

2. Description of Services

Oson Studio is a free set of online tools for everyday digital tasks. The Site offers services in the following areas:

• Accounting documents and calculators (invoice, act, contract, tax calculation, etc.)
• General calculators (age, BMI, loan, calories, etc.)
• Document processing (PDF, OCR, converters)
• Qaza calculators (prayer, fasting, for women)
• Keyboard exercises and games (Tezyoz)
• Other helper tools (QR, password, thumbnail, etc.)

3. Rules of Use

3.1. Permitted Actions

• Free use of the Site for personal or commercial purposes
• Use of the created documents (PDF, CSV) in your own work
• Linking to the Site (link sharing)
• Recommending the Site to others

3.2. Prohibited Actions

• Disrupting the operation of the Site — intentionally causing harm to the server, code or network, DDoS attacks, automated requests (bots, scraping) intended to overload the Site.
• Attempting to breach security — attempting to hack the Site, exploiting vulnerabilities (without responsible disclosure).
• Infringing copyright — unauthorized copying of the Site's content, reselling it, or presenting it as your own.
• Unlawful purposes — using the Site for activities that violate the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• Causing harm to other users — for example, using the password generator with the intent to harm others.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Site and all tools on it are provided "as is", that is, without any express or implied warranties.

4.1. Accuracy of Calculations

The calculators and document generators on the Site (invoice, act, tax calculators, BMI, calories, Qaza calculator, etc.) are provided for informational purposes. They cannot replace qualified professional or legal advice.

• Accounting documents — before submitting the created documents to an official authority, have them checked by an accountant or lawyer.
• Tax calculation — tax rates may change, verify with the most recent legislation.
• Medical calculations (BMI, calories, pregnancy) — this is not advice. For medical decisions, consult a doctor.
• Qaza calculator — an approximate calculation. For religious questions, consult religious scholars.

4.2. The Site Is Released from Liability

Oson Studio assumes no liability for:

• Temporary unavailability or slowdown of the Site
• Decisions made by the user based on the Site's results
• Loss of data by the user (technical error, clearing the browser cache, etc.)
• The operation or quality of third-party services (Google, YouTube, mail.tm, etc.)
• The content of advertisements displayed on the Site

5. Intellectual Property

The design of the Site, the logo, the code and the original content (texts, icons) are the property of Oson Studio. Unauthorized copying, redistribution or use for commercial purposes is prohibited.

The open-source libraries used on the Site (jsPDF, autoTable, etc.) are used under the licenses of their respective authors.

6. User Content

Documents created on the Site (PDF, CSV) are your property. We do not see, store or share them with others.

7. Advertising

Advertisements may be displayed on the Site's pages through Google AdSense and other advertising services. The content of the advertisements is not approved by us and is the responsibility of the advertisers. When you go to another site through an advertisement, read its terms beforehand.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through a notice on the Site or by email. Continuing to use the Site after the changes is considered acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination of Access

Registration on the Site is not required. However, if you violate the rules of use, we reserve the right to restrict access to the Site from your IP address.
